The function of my final project

In fact, my final project is based on a "blog" environment. However, I still can't find a blog which has similar functions and interface to my design concept. I really don't know how to set up a blog and change its functions by myself. Therefore, I would just use Dreamweaver to display my design ideas. It could be a little strange for you to use it as a blog. However, it's still a web page. This is for sure.
